His “touch”: authentic French cuisine enhanced by products from his own farm. “My cuisine is close to the earth. I love thyme, bay leaves, sage, rosemary, garlic, onions, tomatoes… everything that is close to the earth”. His “courgettes flowers stuffed with chicken and virgin olive oil” or his “rack of roast lamb in garden herbs” are delicious moments of pleasure and freshness. In the boutique next to the restaurant, tribute is paid to the terroir of France with brioches, croissants and cheeses that you won’t find anywhere else in Uruguay. |

The La Bourgogne proprietors, Jean Paul and Evelyne Boundoux have created a full world of aromas and spice flavors different that they themselves cultivate in their small farm “Him Potager” and which soon they arrive at the plate turning to him manjar where the original flavor of the product is preserved. |
When entering to The Bourgogne, a part of France in everything is appraised: in the food, in the decoration of the hall, the exquisite and taken care of form of the green surroundings and in the customized attention of those who work there like in his boutique where homemade breads can be enjoyed and be bought, cheeses French and varied products to saborizar our plates. |
